Reindeer Spinner

Hi and welcome!  I'm so happy today to be joining in the 200th challenge at Merry Monday.  Merry Monday was my first design team and I was on it for two years before I stepped down due to an overload of Christmas :)  My congratulations to Lesley and the team on such a successful challenge and here's to the next 200!

From the four different challenges this week, I chose to go with the sketch and made a spinner card.  I have to admit, I'm still not ready to be making Christmas cards yet, but I did color up some of these cute reindeer when I bought the set just after Christmas, so I used some of those for this challenge.

To make my card, I masked off the center panel and sponged over the English Brick Wall Stencil with various SSS inks.  After I removed the masks, I die-cut a rectangle from the card base and then cut a thin frame to make the hole stand out.  I then adhered the spinning reindeer in the open frame.

The sentiment was white-embossed onto a black die-cut flag and I adhered a dancing reindeer using foam tape.
