Hi and welcome! I'm thrilled today to back as a guest designer over at Time Out Challenges! This is the midway challenge and the theme is Home Sweet Home. Here is the fabulous inspiration photo:
Wow, so many options! I decided to go with the bricks for this card and wanted to create a bit of a graffiti look. Check it out:
To keep my card CAS, I masked off a circle and sponged over a stencil using my go-to "brick" inks - Simon Says Stamp's Cobblestone, Burnt Orange, Sparrow and Dark Chocolate. Once that was finished, I embossed the Awesome word from WP9 onto black cardstock using Crushed Curry EP and fussy cut it out. The rest of the sentiment was stamped directly onto the card base using black ink.
Thanks for visiting! The design team have some wonderful inspiration for you so be sure to check them out.
Products used:
Stamps: So 80's (WPlus9)
Ink: Versamark, Versafine Onyx Black, Sparrow, Cobblestone, Dark Chocolate, Burnt Orange (SSS)
Cardstock: White, Black
Accessories: Crushed Curry EP, English Brick Wall Stencil (MFT), Circle Nestability die
Cheers
Karren
