Starry Friend

Hi and welcome!  Today's card is for the latest challenge at Freshly Made Sketches, where Judy Rozema is our sketch hostess.  I let hot foil do all the work on my card.


My angled panel is a bit different to the sketch as I got it wrong, so let's just ignore that, shall we?  I had just bought the Brickwork EF so decided to use that for my background.  Once that was adhered to a white card base, I then added some new Nested Stars hot foil elements and a hot-foiled sentiment.

It looks so shiny in real life and was a really simple card to make.

    You know, you didn't get it wrong at all! That was my rough sketch and it's perfect!! I love your hot foil. It looks so elegant!

    Oh this card is gorgeous Karren! I love all that hot foiling! I need to learn how to do that! It looks so fun! Those stars and the sentiment look so elegant against the white! That's it, I'm coming to visit!!!
