CCMC231 - Sketch Challenge

This week at Create with Connie & Mary we have a sketch challenge.

I stuck pretty faithfully to the sketch and produced what I hope is my last Christmas card for this year!

For this card, I used Watercolor Winter for my stamp set and the beautiful Candlelight Christmas DSP.  The ribbon is Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding ribbon which is gathered by pulling a thread down the center.

Thanks for looking.  Now go check out the rest of the challenge team's submissions and give the sketch a try.

Products used (all Stampin' Up!):

Stamps:  Watercolor Winter; More Merry Messages
Cardstock:  Early Espresso; Cherry Cobbler; Very Vanilla; Candlelight Christmas DSP
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler; Lucky Limeade
Accessories:  Two Tags Die; Large Scallops Edgelit and Paper Piercing Pack; Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon; Basic Pearls

The colors you used are so rich! Love the ruffled ribbon! And the poinsettia on the tag is so eye-catching!

Oh...so funny! Your card is SO similar to what my original thought was to do with this sketch! Beautiful...and of course, I love it! Great job with the sketch challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!

My favorite part is the ribbon and also the scallop layered under the ribbon. Very pretty card! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
