Cherry Blossom

Hi and welcome! It’s time for another sketch from the team at Freshly Made Sketches and our hostess this week is Jacquie Southas. Here’s what I did with her sketch.

The branch is NBUS from Honey Bee Stamps and I made it using coloured cardstock then found this pale wood grain patterned paper to use as the backdrop.  The sentiment was hit foiled with silver foil onto black cardstock and that’s it!

Thanks so much for dropping by. Please check out the fabulous cards made by the design team.

Products used:

Cardstock:  White, Black, Grain & Grunge (Honeybee Stamps)
Dies:  Rounded Rectangles (Hero Arts), Lovely Layers: Cherry Blossom (Honeybee Stamps), Essential Glimmer Sentiments (Spellbinders)
Accessories:  Silver hot foil

Cheers
Karren

I adore Cherry orchards in full bloom - loved seeing them last weekend on our ride home!

Such a gorgeous card Karren! I love the Cherry Blossoms. I actually tried to get those at our local scrapbook store but they were out of stock! Probably a good thing! Love the woodgrain background and the foil sentiment stands out so nicely!
