CAS Seashore

There's a new sketch challenge called CAS(E) this Sketch.  I created a card for their first challenge last week but was too late uploading it (doh!).  So here's my card for their second challenge:

This card was quite quick to come together.  I stamped one of the images from Clockworks twice in the upper left of the Basic Gray card base.  I then stamped the sentiment from Sweet Essentials.    The spritzer tool was put to good use spritzing some Basic Gray ink in a diagonal from top left to bottom right.  I then stamped the shell onto Whisper White cardstock using Marina Mist ink, cut it out and popped it up on dimensionals.

Thanks for looking.

Products used (all Stampin' Up!):

Stamps:  Sweet Essentials, Clockworks; By the Seashore
Cardstock:  Basic Gray; Whisper White
Ink:  Basic Gray; Marina Mist
Accessories:  Color Spritzer; Basic Gray marker

Cheers
Karren

This is truly beautiful - the gray and the spritz is a perfect backdrop for the shell! So glad to see you at CAS(E) this Sketch!

I love how the shell is anchored by the gorgeous swirly stamp from Clockworks, Karren. The spritzing makes it look like 'a wish' (or it could be sand) is sprinkling out of the shell - is it weird that I think that? Lovely card.
