So after that lead-in, wanna see the card???
I used the sketch from this week's Stamping 411 site and the inspiration photo from Just Add Ink.
I think the pearls were a step too far, but I couldn't remove them as they were stuck down too well. But as I'm fond of saying, it is what it is.
Thanks for looking.

Well, it appeals to me, pearls and all! I'm more of a CAS girl, but I still love this card! I'm glad you shared. :-)
Well I like the border of pearls and those bright flowers look amazing. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.
The white-embossed flowers and leaves look amazing, Karren; I love them! I, too, struggle with angled panels, but you've really done the sketch justice. I like the scored lines either side of the main panel, too - nice touch. Thanks for playing along with us at Just Add Ink this week!
It appeals to me! WOW! I really dig this one. It pops right out of the gallery.
Thanks so much for playing along!
Karren I think we are often our own worst critics, I love your card, the angles, colours and layers and even that border of pearls. Thanks for joining in with our challenge at Just Add Ink this wee.
I think it's gorgeous! I saw that 411 sketch and ran for the hills but you made it sing. The embossed flowers really pop on the gray and I think the pearls are beautiful. A beautiful card for a special someone. Thanks for stopping by my blog! Cheers!
So glad you posted and linked up this one! I really like the subtle scoring on the base card and the pearls really add that special something.
Thanks for playing at JAI this week.

I don't know why you would not want to post this!? I love your take on both the challenges. Plus I find it hard to do one challenge - let alone combining them! Well done, thank you so much for posting this.

I love the pop of colour against the neutral background! Fantastic card, thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week.
